Mustang, Annapurna circuit, Lower Solukhumbu, Manaslu Circuit  are some famous mountain biking trails outside the Kathmandu valley. Almost all visible hills seen from Kathmandu city can be explored with mountain bikes.

0800    Explore the lake.
0930    Departure from village. Ride up to half way to Kathmandu. Lunch on the way.
1300    Drive back to the ancient city Kathmandu.
